Valerie Johnson

Ms. Johnson received her education at American River College in Sacramento and Palomar College in San Diego and graduated with a Certification from Travel University. She spent 5 years traveling and working as a travel agent on the UCSD Campus and the CU Boulder campus before taking a job in marketing.  Valerie moved to Colorado 23 years ago, has 2 wonderful teenagers and lives with her husband in Erie, CO.  In her spare time Valerie enjoys biking, reading, and does graphic design work for her husband’s IT company. She believes we should inspire curiosity and independence in our children. She loves the SFA Curriculum because it does just that. Through partnerships and play-based curriculum it is designed to foster self esteem, problem solving skills and respect for themselves and others.
