One of the highlights of graduation season is the Erie High School Graduate Walk. Each year, graduating seniors return to their roots, walking the halls of the elementary and middle schools they once attended—this time in caps and gowns, cheered on by students just beginning their own educational journeys.
Last month, our PK–8 Owls had the chance to celebrate these soon-to-be graduates, and the halls of ARPS were full of high-fives, hugs, and happy tears. For some seniors, it was a homecoming—seeing their former teachers cheering them on brought big smiles and special memories.
