At Aspen Ridge, our students represent our school not just on campus, but wherever they go—especially when they’re in their uniforms. Being an Owl means putting our SOAR values into action: caring for ourselves and our community, taking ownership of our choices, approaching each day with a positive attitude, and showing respect to everyone we meet. Whether students are in the classroom, on the sports field, grabbing an after-school drink or snack with friends, or letting off some energy at the park or pump track, they are ambassadors for Aspen Ridge.
We encourage families to remind students that their uniform is more than just clothing. It’s an extension of our school community and an opportunity to make a positive impact in Erie. While there were a few off-campus moments this past month that didn’t fully reflect our SOAR expectations, we know our students have kind hearts and understand how to be thoughtful people wherever they go. Let’s work together to make this year one where the Erie community sees just how respectful, responsible, and caring our students are—both in school and out in the world.
