Fall Fest is one of our favorite ways to bring our Owl community together, and it’s also our PTO’s biggest fundraiser of the year! Want to lend a hand? Here are two ways you can help our PTO gear up for a fantastic Fall Fest!

Donate supplies. 
On your next grocery trip, pick up an item or two from our Fall Fest donation list. Every donation, big or small, helps keep event costs down so more funds can go toward teacher appreciation, Kickboard prizes, Middle School Field Day, and all kinds of other activities that benefit our students and staff. Bring your donations to the front office anytime during school hours now through October 8th, or hand them to PTO volunteers at Driveline this Friday, October 2nd, after school. You won’t even have to leave your car!

Give a little time. 
It takes a village to put on a community-building event like Fall Fest! If you have even just a little time to give that day, please either sign up for a shift at your classroom's carnival booth or email pto@aspenridgeprepschool.org to help with setup or cleanup that day. Many hands make light work!

Whether you’re buying tickets, donating supplies, helping at the event, or all of the above, you’re helping make great things happen at Aspen Ridge. Who knew having so much fun could do so much good?

Growing Leaders, Strengthening Community

Several of our middle school students are stepping into a special leadership opportunity through POAC Succeed! This hands-on program helps students develop leadership, communication, emotional awareness, teamwork, and empathy while learning how to build stronger connections with the people around them. At the heart of the program is the idea that there is so much more to each person than what we see on the surface.

These students aren’t just learning these valuable skills for themselves. They are becoming student leaders and ambassadors, bringing what they learn back to their peers and helping create a more connected, inclusive, and supportive middle school community. We can’t wait to see the ripple effect these Owls create!

Exciting news for our Middle School Owls! The Ocean First TIDES program is returning to Aspen Ridge, this time as an after school club! TIDES combines scuba training with marine science education to help students build confidence, diving skills, and a lifelong appreciation for ocean conservation.

Celebrate the start of a new school year by connecting with friends and ARPS families at our Color Block Party! Have your child wear their grade's color as an easy way to spot classmates and make new connections.

Then continue the excitement at Meet the Teacher, where you can drop off school supplies, visit your child's classroom, and meet our wonderful teachers! Preschool and Pre-K Meet the Teacher will be on Monday, August 17th. Families will receive details directly from their teachers.

These events help students and families build relationships, prepare for the year ahead, and feel confident before the first day of school. We can't wait to welcome you back for another amazing year!

Whooo's excited to find out their teacher for the new school year? K-5 Owls will receive a postcard in the mail with their teacher assignment by Friday, August 7th. Middle School Owls can view their schedules in Infinite Campus beginning Friday, August 7th. If you do not receive a postcard or have difficulty accessing Infinite Campus, email info@arprep.org after August 7th.

Kinder and 1st Grade families will receive an email from their child’s teacher after August 7th to sign up for a beginning-of-year assessment. Appointments will be available August 18th-20th. As a reminder, first day of school for Kinder & 1st Grade is August 21st.
