There are FOUR ways to feel good and give back on Thursday, 11/13 and Friday, 11/14!
First, 11/13 is World Kindness Day! Help us celebrate by doing a random act of kindness and wearing an outfit with a positive word or message!
Next, on 11/14, K-5 dads can start their day spending time with their favorite Owls at Breakfast with Dad at 7:15am! RSVP here and join us for breakfast and great conversations!
It's also Go Blue for World Diabetes Day on 11/14! All Owls are invited to dress in blue and bring a donation for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation!
Finally, finish your Friday with an inspiring walk through luminaries created by students right here at Aspen Ridge (and other Erie schools) at the Hope & Gratitude Project. We would love a few volunteers to help us set up this event. Please sign up here!

The annual Spring Gala is our school's biggest fundraiser (and party!) of the year - and we need your help to make it a huge success! Whether you have lots of time to give or just a little, you can make a difference and be part of the Gala-planning fun! Sign up for an area that interests you, and join us at our next Spring Gala planning meeting to learn more!

Aspen Ridge will host its 5th Annual Middle School Science Expo on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 1:00–3:00pm. We’re looking for volunteer presenters to lead fun, hands-on workshops for students in grades 6–8!
If you (or someone you know) work in a science-related field and love inspiring curious young minds, we’d love to have you join us! Presenters will share interactive demonstrations, talk briefly about their careers, and spark excitement for future scientists.
Interested in volunteering? Email Cathy Hellbaum at chellbaum@aspenridgeprepschool.org.
Let’s make science come alive for our students and show them the many different ways in which they could pursue a career in science!

Your willingness to give your time and energy to such an important cause shows our Aspen Ridge students what it truly means to “Live to Give.” By setting this powerful example, you’re inspiring our students to give back, in both big and small ways, and to make a positive difference in their own communities.
Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support! 💚

Wow, what a weekend! We had such a fabulous time hanging out with our Aspen Ridge families and friends at Fall Fest. Huge thanks to our awesome PTO for putting this on, and to all the parents, NJHS students, and staff volunteers who made the day run so smoothly. We just love being part of a school community that feels like one big family. 💚
Happy fall, y’all! Bring on the sweaters and pumpkin everything! 🎃🍁

IMPORTANT REMINDER: There is NO PARKING on either side of Austin Avenue. Both sides have bike lanes, and the Town of Erie has asked us to refrain from parking on the street. As you may have noticed during recent driveline/pickup times, Erie Police Department is now enforcing this no-parking policy. Please either park in our parking lot or in our field to the east of school. Thank you for your flexibility and cooperation!

It takes just about 20 minutes to give blood — but that short time can make a life-changing difference for children right here in Colorado who rely on transfusions to stay healthy and strong.
Let’s come together as a community to make sure no child goes without the care they need.

Attention: Important Parking Update
This year is one of acting and adjusting for our ARPS community, as we navigate changes around our campus that are out of our control. The latest update is that cars are no longer allowed to park on either side of Austin Avenue. Both sides of the street now have enforced bike lanes, and the town has notified us that cars may be ticketed if parked there. We understand this is an inconvenience for families who park and walk up at drop-off or pick-up. At the same time, many of our students and families bike to school, and we want to do our part to keep the bike lanes clear and safe while respecting the town’s safety regulations.
Going forward, please plan to park either in our school lot or in the field to the east of campus. As we determine how to develop this land (purchased last year), we will keep in mind the need for additional parking on campus, so this situation will be temporary. We appreciate your patience and flexibility in navigating this new town enforcement.
