We are now accepting Intent to Enroll forms for the 2025-26 school year! Please follow the application process below and submit your Intent to Enroll form by January 3, 2025 to be entered into our lottery on January 6, 2025.
 
If selected in the enrollment lottery, your child's enrollment will be confirmed once Aspen Ridge conducts a Safe Schools Check and the school conducts a student records review to consider the school's capacity to meet the requirements of a student's individual learning plan (e.g. 504, ALPs, EPLs, IEPs, etc.).

Application Process
Aspen Ridge Preparatory School welcomes all students.  Aspen Ridge prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability, race color, ancestry, national origin, creed, religion, sex, or need for special education services.  The enrollment policy is designed to meet the requirements of Colorado Revised Statute 22-30.5-104(3), ensuring equal access for all.
  • Submit an Intent to Enroll Form
    To express your interest in joining our school, we ask that you complete the Intent to Enroll Form for the upcoming school year.  The form can be submitted by printing, completing, and returning it to the school either in person or via email at [email protected]. Forms must be received by January 3, 2025, in order to be included in the January 6th Lottery.
    Please note that Aspen Ridge Preparatory School is now participating in the Universal PreK Program as designed through the state of Colorado.  If you are interested in your child participating in UPK, please visit our Preschool Program page to learn more.

  • Lottery Acceptance or Wait List
    The Lottery for the 2025-2026 school year will be held on January 6, 2025. The registrar will notify parents of the results of the Lottery by January 21, 2025. If you do not receive a placement offer, you will be notified of your place on the waitlist. If there is no waitlist after the Lottery, students will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis if there is still room in the grade level.

  • Confirm Your Enrollment
    Once receiving a placement offer, you will have 24 hours to accept the offer and 72 hours to submit the registration requirements, after which the offer will go to the next family on our list.  A link with directions for the online application process will be emailed to you. This process must be completed within the given time frame in order to hold your child's position and confirm enrollment.

    Your child's enrollment will be confirmed once Aspen Ridge conducts a Safe Schools Check and the school conducts a student records review to consider the school's capacity to meet the requirements of a student's individual learning plan (e.g. 504, ALPs, EPLs, IEPs, etc.).

  • Pay Applicable Fees
    Fees include annual activity fee and/or preschool registration fees.  These fees can be paid by check, money order, or online here.
