What is the Gala?
The ARPS Spring Gala is our school’s biggest fundraiser of the year. Parents, community members, and local business owners gather for a fun-filled night of fundraising by bidding on both live and silent auction items. This event features a complimentary champagne welcome, three-course dinner, wine pull, photo booth, and more.

Why do we have a Gala?
When and where is the Gala?
This year’s Gala will be held on Saturday, April 15th, from 5:30pm to 10:30pm at the Omni Interlocken in Broomfield, Colorado. The silent auction will begin promptly at 5:30pm, followed by a seated dinner and live auction. This year’s theme is The World Awaits. Upon arrival, you will be handed your passport to enjoy a night of jet-setting fun and world-class adventures.

How much are the tickets and when/where will they be on sale?
Tickets will be on sale starting Friday, March 3rd! Stay tuned for a link to purchase through Revtrak, or return the ticket form on your invitation (which is coming soon).
Purchase your tickets by March 24th to enjoy our early bird rate of $65 per ticket.
Purchase your tickets from March 25th through April 7th for a late owl rate of $75 per ticket.
What should I wear?
Cocktail to formal attire is suggested, but not required. This year’s theme is The World Awaits, and while the décor will reflect a vintage travel vibe and jet-setting glamour, your dress does not need to fit this theme. Please wear whatever makes you feel fabulous!
What kinds of items are up for bid in the silent and live auctions?
The auctions include a range of items to bid on, including fantastic trips, fun local outings, restaurants for date nights or family dinners, parties, sports tickets, beauty and fitness services, and more! Thanks to our generous donors, we have a wide variety of items and packages to choose from.
Our silent auction includes items for every budget, with offerings at a variety of price levels. Our goal is for everyone have a chance to participate in this fun night of fundraising!
How does the Gala acquire items for the silent and live auctions?
We have a team of parent volunteers who contact local and national businesses to request donations for our silent and live auctions. Each grade level (Prek-8th) creates an amazing basket/experience that is auctioned off in the live auction, and our Teacher Treasures are also included in the live auction. (See more on that below!) Many of our most exciting donations come from ARPS families and friends who share a little part of themselves through their contributions. If you have a good/service/item/experience that you would like to donate to the silent or live auction, please reach out to [email protected]. You are also welcome to purchase an item from our Amazon Wish List, which we can then include in our silent auction.
What is the Fund-A-Need?
The Fund-A-Need is a segment of the live auction that involves lively pledging of cash donations to help us fulfill a specific school need. Bidding is done by raising your bidder number at the highest donation level that feels right for your family's budget. This year's Fund-A-Need will help to fund the replacement of our current playgrounds, which we have outgrown as our school population has increased these past several years. Are Gala donations tax deductible?
As Aspen Ridge Preparatory School is a non-profit 501(c)(3) entity (Tax ID 27-0726515), your donation may be tax deductible. Please consult with your tax preparer regarding your contribution’s deductibility.
How and when do I pay for my winning bids and donations?
We're excited to announce that this year's Spring Gala will feature online bidding and payment! Stay tuned for further details as we finish building out our app and online auction pages. At the end of the evening, you will receive an invoice on your phone and will be welcome to pay by credit card through your phone, or by check or cash at our check-out stand.
Unable to attend and still want to support the Gala?
We welcome your donations and support even if you are unable to attend the Gala. You can make a monetary donation through Revtrak at this link, or you can purchase an item from our Amazon Wish List that we will then include in our silent auction. You can also lend a hand in the weeks and days leading up to the Gala as we pull together all of the details for this incredible night of fun and fundraising.
