Kendall January is a Broomfield/Erie native and a 2018 graduate of Prospect Ridge Academy. She received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University in 2022 and completed her student teaching at PRA, where she also coached the Middle School Cheer team. She has had the opportunity to teach as a long-term sub in a 3rd grade classroom, and is now excited to join the third grade team at Aspen Ridge. Kendall has known since as early as 7th grade that she wanted to teach elementary school. Working with kids in a classroom setting is what brings her joy and inspiration, and she has spent hundreds of hours outside of her classroom experience volunteering with children. Kendall is an identical twin to her sister Cameron, who is a school social worker. If you see anyone that looks just like her around town, be aware that you might be smiling and waving at her twin (and wondering why she's not waving back)! When she is not teaching she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs. She has a German Shepherd named Riley and a Siberian Husky named Blue.
